Ingredients
Uncooked Sticky Rice, 1 Cup
Coconut Milk, 1 (13.5 oz) Can
Sugar, 1/4 Cup
Mango, 1 Large Mango
Sesame Seeds, 1/4 Teaspoon

  • 1 cup uncooked sticky rice
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large mango
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Directions

  1. Cook sticky rice according to package directions.
  2. While the rice is cooking, start on the coconut sauce. Add coconut milk and sugar to a small saucepan set over medium high heat. Heat through until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened. Reserve 1/4 cup of coconut sauce.
  3. Once the rice has finished cooking, remove from the pot and add to a bowl. Pour the reserved coconut sauce into the rice and mix to combine.
  4. Peel and slice the mango
  5. Serve sticky rice with sliced mango and drizzle the coconut sauce over. Top with sesame seeds and ENJOY!
